For my first MoFo post, I wanted to share something special. And this was! The other night I was gifted a lovely little vintage casserole full of Kittee’s famous mac & cheeze, which was truly delicious. Creamy, a little smoky, gluten-free and just down right good. I’ve been told that you can find this lovely recipe in Melisser’s new book, so what are you waiting for? You really should try it!
Oh, and for purposes of full disclosure, I did top the mac & cheeze with a little dusting of truffle salt from the Portland farmer’s market. Yum, yum!
