Hi Julie,
a nice UPS man gave me your book last friday evening
I have made the sausage patties, page 50, so far, I made half the recipe so I ended up with 6 sausages; it turned out excellent!
First impression was that it is a beautiful to look at, the paper is nice and glossy,
I loved the pictures
Now I am off to page 166… I have to make the VERY SECRET SAUCE!
One thing though…. why did you not add your name on the cover of the
book??

Thanks Erin, Radioactivevegan and Kittee! I’m really excited too!!
Hi Maria. I am so excited that you not only have it already, but that you’ve cooked from it too. And, it’s a funny thing about my name not being on the cover. It was originally there, but there was a mishap when they were printed and it was unfortunately omitted. So, maybe the first edition will become a collector’s item, since they will change it for the next printing…

Anxiously awaiting my copy. I made the apple coffee cake from Amazon “look inside” option and it was yummy!!! From the preview on Amazon I know it will be fabulous. I’ll bring my copy to Native Bowl and you can personally put your name on the front!

I received my copy yesterday. Love the book and I can’t wait until this weekend so I can make some of the recipes. Thank you so much for including the Italian Sausage Cutlets recipe.

Vegan “trucker food”?! I must have this! I wasn’t able to search inside the book at Amazon, but the editorial and customer reviews alone are enough to sell the book. Congratulations, Julie (and I can’t wait to have my own copy)!

I posted a question a few days ago about the content of the book – I’m from the UK and the description is distinctly lacking on amazon’s uk store. However, I’ve just looked on amazon.com and got loads of info – both from a couple of reviews and the editorial blurb. Now I have an idea what’s in the book I’ll definitely be buying it! Perhaps you could chase up amazon.uk to include a product description for all us not in the know.

You’ve got it Roxann! I’d be happy to sign your copy.
Thanks Dynise!
Thanks Marilea. I had to include the cutlet recipe!
Thanks Christina. Not sure what’s going on with Amazon. They should have that search feature back up soon.
Great idea Gillian. I’ll let my publisher know.
Thanks Katy! Let me know what you think.

The Vegan Diner is fabulous! I immediately made the biscuits and gravy…that really could become an addiction! The book is beautiful, well laid out, and filled with phenomenal recipes! Thanks so much!

Just wanted to let you know I’ve just tried the ice cream recipes and they are FANTASTIC! Finally, vegan ice cream that tastes like ice cream and has a great consistancy. My kids think I am a hero. Thank you so much. I made the vanilla and used some extra strong stuff with bourbon- think I could cut back it was pretty boozie:o) but oh so good.
