Julie-
While I love nutritional yeast, my husband hates it. I’ve tried to lessen it in recipes but he can’t take it. Is it necessary or just for taste? Is there a different ingredient I can substitute? I am currently in the process of adding vegan recipes to our yoga studio website and have been trying to give vegan cooking lessons, but Baltimore is sort of a backward town. However, if you ever find yourself here stop by to practice with us.
Namaste,
em

Thanks Em! I think nutritional yeast is one of those things that you either love or hate. Maybe like cilantro; ) It is high in B vitamins and protein, but you could leave it out of recipes. Personally I add it in for the flavor, as well as the nutrition. Maybe leave it out of a recipe and just sprinkle it on top of your food.

Today I watched you make rosemary garlic crackers. You said the recipe was available on the website. Everyday dish tv. had NO cracker recipe! In your video you did not mention the amount of the ingredients and I also couldn’t tell everything you put into the crackers. It would be so great if you anounced what and the amount you use in the recipe.
Thanks, Michelle

Hey Michelle,
I knew the recipe was on the everyday dish site, because i watched the video yesterday. It’s the 9th recipe down under the breads link.

Hello,
I’m sorry i had to write under comments but there is no “contact us” on the site.
This is a 911 call for help on cupcakes. From your book I tried some recipes and either they suink or the cupcake sticks to the paper cups. I follow your recipes totally, my ingrediants are fresh and my oven is spot on. The raw dough is GREAT! I just don’t know what to do.
Thank you for your time on this matter,
Maleen Millmine
