I’m ramping up my online cooking classes again, and I’m starting things off with a gluten-free (and vegan) bread class! This is a perfect class for anyone wanting to know how to make some awesome GF breads from scratch at home.
We’ll start off the class with a fantastic pizza/flatbread dough (along with a garlic herb variation), and then cook up a batch of toasty English Muffins. Yes, you read that right, ENGLISH MUFFINS! We’ll also make an onion dill loaf, which is great for sandwiches (and makes delicious toast!). I’ll also share a recipe for homemade meltable vegan cheese, so you can top your pizzas or fill your toasty sandwiches or muffins.
You’ll be baking up homemade bread on the regular, and with confidence. This class will take place live in a private Facebook group, and then will be posted privately on my website so you can have access any time you want to watch. Prior to the class, I’ll send out a shopping list and recipes. You’ll also be able to ask me questions, share photos, and participate in the private Facebook group.
