Grilled Veggies With Balsamic Viniagrette

Description

This dressing has become a family favorite. I will often double the recipe and keep a jar of it in the fridge, perfect for quick salads or dipping vegetables.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp flax oil
  • 2 tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos or soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed

Instructions

  1. Whiz everything together in a blender or with a whisk. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
