Julie’s Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 to 2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

In a measure cup or glass jar with a lid, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard and garlic together. Whisk or shake well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use.
