Kittee’s Rice Paper Collard Wraps

Kittee Bee Berns graces our kitchen once again to show us her perfected technique in creating a humongous rice paper wrap with collard greens and other delectable ingredients. Fantastic.

Kittee’s Rice Paper Collard Wraps

Ingredients

  • Extra Firm Tofu cut into cubes
  • Marinade
  • 1 C Water
  • 1/4 C Tamari or Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbs Seasoned Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tbs Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cut Tofu into cubes
  2. Combine all the marinade ingredients and stir
  3. Add the tofu to Marinade and refrigerate covered for 12 hours for best results (2 hrs minimum)
